A Landscape Company is searching for an active special MEP Site Manager to join its team.

Organize and manage the personnel apparatus of the Construction Commanding Committee to oversee and operate the MEP section of the company's construction projects.
Assign appropriate tasks to subcontractors and teams to achieve the goals set by the Board of Directors. Develop and implement construction methods, schedules, and labor safety measures for the entire MEP construction project.
Take responsibility for the acceptance, handover, payment, and settlement of works.
Collaborate with the Board of Directors to identify suitable personnel to carry out MEP construction for the company.
Participate in planning necessary human resources, developing resource supply plans, and overseeing training and evaluation of personnel under their authority.
Coordinate with related departments to mobilize resources to ensure that the project is completed on schedule and propose a plan to adjust personnel according to each project phase.
Work with other construction managers throughout the project implementation process to ensure successful completion of the project.
Required Skills:
Proven work experience as an MEP Manager or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
Experience with design and construction management software, like AutoCAD or Revit.
Strong project management and supervision skills.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
BSc degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field
Minimum 2 years' experience
Fluent in English
A team player with proven ability to work under Pressure and to meet deadlines.
Proven working experience in construction field.
