Create and update schedule and project timelines using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Monitor project progress, track delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track
Plan, design, and implement MEP systems per codes, specs, and standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and teams to ensure system integration.
Manage MEP budgets, cost estimates, and financial control.
Supervise MEP installations to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance and performance.
Negotiate supplier and subcontractor contracts for MEP services.
Monitor progress and resolve on-site technical issues as needed.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and safety standards.
Explore and apply sustainable, cutting-edge MEP technologies.
