. This is a critical position that supports the daily operations of the business by managing documentation and coordination between the office and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
:
Handle
all office documentation
: data entry, daily reports, project logs, employee timesheets, etc.
Maintain organized
records for receipts, petty cash, and payment follow-ups
.
Coordinate
daily reporting
with site technicians, foremen, and engineers.
Manage
emails, appointments, phone calls
, and office communication.
Prepare and update
Excel spreadsheets, reports, and follow-ups
.
Assist with
salary calculations and attendance tracking
.
Support technical team with
project documentation and submissions
.
Filing of receipts, contracts, and company records both physically and digitally.
Work directly with management to ensure deadlines and procedures are met.
Required Qualifications
:
At least
1-2 years of experience
in
MEP, construction, or technical services
office support.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
, Word, and basic accounting entries.
Good written and verbal
English communication skills
(Arabic is a plus).
Experience working with
technical staff
, handling time sheets, site logs, and related data.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
Preferred Skills
:
Experience in handling
petty cash and receipts
Familiarity with
QuickBooks or ERP software
Strong sense of
responsibility, confidentiality
, and
accuracy
Excellent
coordination and follow-up skills
