We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, calculation, and drafting of mechanical building services systems including:
HVAC systems
Plumbing & Drainage
Firefighting systems
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP system design
Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, and other international standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and calculation tools
Ability to carry out load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection
Experience preparing shop drawings, schematics, and BOQs
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop complete mechanical systems for commercial, residential, or industrial projects
Perform HVAC heat load calculations, plumbing design calculations, and fire system hydraulic calculations
Coordinate with electrical and architectural teams for MEP integration
Ensure all designs comply with local codes and international standards
Prepare and review detailed drawings and construction documents
