Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in MEP management.

QCDD Engineer Certification

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
Familiarity with local codes and international MEP standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with QCDD regulations, including preparation and submission of relevant documents for approval.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance.
Monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets for MEP works.
Lead inspections and testing with QCDD and other regulatory bodies.
Resolve technical issues on-site and provide solutions to avoid project delays.
Maintain proper documentation and prepare progress reports.
