AlMutakamela Vehicles Testing and Registration L.L.C, a leading company in the vehicle testing and registration industry, is seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our operations and drive our growth in alignment with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) regulations.

This is a key leadership role for an individual who has a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the RTA field, with a strong background in operations management, compliance, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and overall leadership across all company operations. Ensure 100% compliance with RTA standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Oversee daily operations, resource allocation, and organizational performance. Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve long-term business objectives. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost-control initiatives. Foster strong working relationships with RTA and other governmental bodies. Continuously improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Lead and mentor department heads to achieve company-wide performance excellence. Identify new opportunities for innovation and service expansion. Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and official events.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the RTA sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of vehicle testing, registration, compliance, and RTA standards. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage multi-department operations. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong business acumen with financial and operational expertise. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
