We are seeking a

Junior MEP Procurement Officer

to support our procurement team in sourcing materials, equipment, and services for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) projects. The ideal candidate will assist in vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and cost control while ensuring compliance with company policies and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and procurement of MEP materials and equipment as per approved submittals and project requirements. Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs). Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations, delivery schedules, and material approvals. Maintain procurement records, price comparisons, and supplier databases. Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely supply in line with project schedules. Support negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and accounts department. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Assist in resolving material-related issues such as shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

Requirements :

1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in MEP or construction industry. Basic knowledge of MEP materials, specifications, and suppliers. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); ERP system knowledge is an advantage. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good negotiation and coordination skills. Currently residing in UAE is a must.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
