We are currently seeking a Junior Procurement Officer to join our Head Office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to grow in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services in line with ICS policies.

Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotations), collect and evaluate vendor offers.

Support vendor management by maintaining updated records and assisting in performance reviews.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and delivery follow-ups.

Coordinate with schools and suppliers to track orders and resolve delivery or invoicing issues.

Maintain procurement records, databases, and documentation.

Assist in negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules with approved vendors.

Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and internal guidelines.

Support in preparing periodic procurement reports for management.

Requirements

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in a similar procurement or administrative role (preferably in education or corporate sector).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management.

Good command of English.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
