We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Junior Procurement Officer
to join our F&B team. The role involves supporting the procurement department in sourcing, purchasing, and managing suppliers to ensure timely availability of quality materials and products for our restaurant operations.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and supplies for F&B operations. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards. Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records. Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the store/warehouse team to avoid shortages or overstock. Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with company requirements. Maintain strong vendor relationships and update the approved supplier list. Support in preparing procurement reports and analysis for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of UAE experience in procurement (preferably in the Food & Beverage sector). Strong knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management. Good negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/ERP systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
