Job Description
Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Preferably Electrical) - Minimum 5 Years Construction Experience in UAE - Must be in UAE Role Description: Responsible to arrange approval requirements and sequence & procedures of inspection/approval from DCD, DEWA, Etisalat/Du, SIRA, DM Responsibilities:
- Determining & planning of various approvals required for MEP systems in the project
- Prepare detailed service wise approval schedule in line with the main program.
- Briefing step wise approval requirements to respective project engineers and coordinate with them at every stage.
- Coordinate with main contractor & consultant for the same.
- Coordinate with respective Government Departments for submissions, inspections & approvals.
- Ensure proper submissions, necessary internal approvals, systems\xe2\x80\x99 readiness & functionality before inspections.
- Ensure proper documentation while submission and prior to / during inspections.
- Preparation & maintaining of approval schedules of multiple projects as assigned.
- Fully responsible for timely & successful approvals for the projects and highlighting the obstructions / delays in advance to site manager.
