Job Overview

As our MEP Site Supervisor, you'll oversee all mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities across both air-cooling and immersion-cooling sites. You will coordinate day-to-day maintenance, manage vendor and contractor work, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Operations & Maintenance

Supervise routine inspection, preventive maintenance and repair of chillers, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, piping and electrical panels Monitor immersion-cooling racks, dielectric-fluid pumps, filtration systems and leak-detection devices

MEP Coordination

Liaise with HVAC and process-cooling engineers to implement design changes and upgrades Schedule and oversee MEP contractors (mechanical fitters, electricians, plumbers) ensuring work meets spec and safety regulations

Troubleshooting & Response

Lead root-cause analysis for system faults (overtemperature, pressure drops, electrical trips) and implement corrective actions Maintain spare-parts inventory and coordinate emergency call-outs to minimize downtime

Health, Safety & Compliance

Enforce site HSE protocols (lockout/tagout, pressure-test safety, chemical handling) and maintain regulatory documentation Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments and incident investigations

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily logs of MEP activities, downtime incidents and parts usage Prepare weekly performance reports (MTBF, uptime %) for Operations Management
Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering 5+ years' hands-on MEP supervision in high-density cooling or industrial facilities Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled-water loops, immersion-fluid handling and electrical distribution Proven experience with preventive-maintenance programs and CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, Infor EAM) Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical single-line diagrams and isometric drawings Excellent leadership, communication and vendor-management skills
