to lead our site team in Dubai. The candidate must have strong expertise in supervising electrical installation works within MEP projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead site team (electricians, helpers) in electrical works.
Plan and allocate daily activities as per project schedule.
Ensure proper installation of DBs, SMDBs, LV panels, conduits, wiring, cable trays, lighting, and power systems.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with DEWA regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
Support testing & commissioning works.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' UAE/GCC experience in MEP projects, with strong focus on
electrical systems
.
Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Ability to read and understand drawings and load schedules.
Leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of DEWA rules and UAE electrical codes is mandatory.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
