Julfar Contracting is looking for a skilled and responsible
MEP Foreman
with strong experience in
high-rise building projects
. The candidate must be capable of supervising MEP works on-site and managing teams effectively to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
works at the project site.
Ensure installation, repair, and maintenance activities are carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
Monitor daily activities, allocate tasks to workforce, and ensure productivity.
Enforce safety standards and maintain high-quality workmanship.
Conduct inspections and prepare daily progress updates for the site engineer/project manager.
Identify and resolve technical issues on-site.
Support successful completion of high-rise project milestones.
Requirements
Mandatory:
Experience in
high-rise building construction
.
3-5 years UAE experience
as an MEP Foreman.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation standards, and site safety procedures.
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
