Evaluate value engineering proposals and contribute to cost-efficient solutions.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments for authority approvals and technical meetings.
Review documentation for regulatory and project close-out submissions.
Assess variation claims, verify payment certificates, and identify potential cost savings.
Monitor compliance with quality standards and inspection protocols.
Qualifications & Experience:
Immediate availability
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
at least 4 years experience in a consulting company at supervision role.
Proven expertise in HVAC, water supply and drainage, fire protection systems, or electrical systems coordination.
Knowledge of inspection requirements
Proficient in AutoCAD and well-versed in local and international MEP codes and standards.
Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
