Review and analyze
drawings, specifications, and tender documents

Identify
cost-saving opportunities
, alternatives, and value engineering options.
Coordinate with
project engineers, procurement, and subcontractors
to gather pricing information.
Prepare
quotation breakdowns
, comparison sheets, and final submission formats.
Attend
client and consultant meetings
for technical and commercial clarifications.
Maintain updated records of pricing, material rates, and supplier/subcontractor contacts.
Assist the project team in
budget preparation and cost control
during project execution.
Ensure all estimations are
accurate, competitive, and aligned with project requirements
.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as an MEP Estimator in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of
HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
.
Ability to
read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
