Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems and proven experience in luxury fit-out projects across the UAE. This role requires excellent analytical skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors

Prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP works including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Assist in bid preparation, tender review, and cost analysis processes. Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, and subcontractors for pricing, scope clarifications, and technical queries. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of material, labor, and subcontractor pricing. Review and analyze project drawings to ensure all elements are included in the estimate. Support value engineering efforts and propose cost-effective design alternatives when applicable. Ensure estimates comply with project requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or a related discipline). 3-5+ years of UAE experience in luxury fit-out or interior contracting projects is preferred. Strong understanding of MEP systems design, construction, and coordination. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and estimation software such as Trimble or Planswift. Advanced knowledge of Excel and cost analysis tools. Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
