Walk-in Interview

Date: 12 Oct 2025 (Sunday)

Time: 10:00 AM to 15:00 PM

Location: Sky Crest Building Contracting LLC, #706, 7th floor, The Regal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai

(Please bring your updated CV, a copy of your degree, and driver's license(if applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review detailed cost estimates for all MEP works including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and electrical systems

Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify project requirements

Perform quantity take-offs, create BOQs, and estimate material, labor, and equipment costs

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes

Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals

Review and compare MEP design options and suggest value engineering solutions

Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, and client briefings when required

Maintain updated cost databases, vendor pricing, and market trends for MEP works

Collaborate closely with estimation, procurement, and project teams

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

Minimum 5 years of total experience in construction estimation, with solid UAE experience being essential

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, codes, and local authority regulations (e.g., DEWA, DM, DCD)

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software like CCS Candy, CostX, or similar

Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Currently residing in the UAE and able to join on short notice is preferred
