We are looking for a detail-focused
MEP Estimator
with solid UAE experience to join our team immediately. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for MEP works on fit-out and construction projects.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for MEP works Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents Perform quantity take-offs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations Prepare cost comparisons and value engineering proposals Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams
Requirements:
3-4 years of MEP estimation experience in the UAE Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Strong knowledge of MEP systems and local market rates Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Immediate availability to join
