Job Description
Identify cost-saving alternatives in materials or system design.
Develop detailed bid proposals for general contractors or owners.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for quote collection
Analyze drawings, specs, and scope of work.
Understand HVAC, electrical, and plumbing system requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
Strong knowledge of construction codes (NEC, ASHRAE, IPC, etc.)
Experience with MEP systems design and/or installation
Attention to detail and analytical skills
