Key Responsibilities

- Overseeing mechanical projects associated with plumbing and electrical systems from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
- Designing and assessing layouts for plumbing and electrical systems in line with project specifications.
- Conducting site inspections to confirm that work is progressing according to design and quality standards.
- Supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and electrical systems.
- Analyzing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Collaborating with consultants and clients to meet project goals.
- Managing procurement processes and coordinating the timelines for material delivery.
- Working closely with other engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Creating accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and quotations for mechanical and plumbing systems.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. 2 years of experience as a mechanical engineer [plumbing] in residential and commercial projects. Active DM/DEWA-approved engineer with a valid SOE certification [preferred, not mandatory]. Must possess knowledge of the authorities' standards of DEWA. Valid UAE Driving License [not mandatory].
