Lead the design and coordination of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with standards.
Supervise MEP works on-site, ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications.
Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and equipment for MEP systems.
Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems before final handover.
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and subcontractors.
Prepare comprehensive reports and technical documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience working on MEP systems within construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of MEP design, installation, and commissioning processes.
Proficiency in design and project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
Relevant certifications or training in MEP systems are a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
