Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

MEP Engineer (Electrical & Plumbing)

to oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of building systems across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

within property or facilities management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise operation and maintenance of

electrical

,

plumbing

, and

mechanical

systems. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to

power supply, lighting, pumps, motors, water systems, and HVAC units

. Develop and monitor

preventive maintenance schedules

for all MEP systems. Coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors for repairs and upgrades. Ensure compliance with

safety, energy efficiency, and statutory regulations

. Prepare maintenance reports, checklists, and asset condition assessments. Support energy-saving initiatives and optimize system performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

(required). Minimum

3 years of experience

in

building or facilities maintenance

(not construction). Sound technical knowledge of

electrical panels, pumps, plumbing systems, HVAC

, and related infrastructure. Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on troubleshooting experience. Ability to manage multiple properties and coordinate with various teams.

Preferred

Prior experience in

residential or commercial property management

. Familiarity with

preventive maintenance software

or Building Management Systems (BMS).
