REQUIRED:
MEP Engineer for (
IMMEDIATE JOINING - DUBAI)
More than 5 Years' experience (MEP Construction)
UAE Driving License
KEY FACTORS:
Minimum 5 years experience in MEP Construction. Good knowledge and experience of electrical, drainage, plumbing, HVAC, Civil defense design development, drawings preparation, and good knowledge of material specification regarding buildings warehouse and factories. Must have experience with DDA, DM, TRAKHEES, DEWA, and DCD, and strong knowledge of MEP codes and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, Dialux, and other MEP software is essential. Should possess excellent communication and coordination skills and the ability to deliver quality work on time. Responsibilities include designing and reviewing MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical) using AutoCAD and Revit MEP software. Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications while ensuring local compliance. Coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors is necessary to resolve clashes and optimize layouts. Conduct site inspections, supervise installations, and ensure adherence to design and safety standards. Troubleshoot design and site issues, providing timely solutions, and review contractor submissions and material approvals
