About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled

MEP / Electrical Engineer

to join our team for large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in design, coordination, and supervision of electrical systems in line with UAE authority standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, review, and implement electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, and ELV (fire alarm, CCTV, data, access control). Prepare detailed technical documentation such as SLDs, load schedules, cable schedules, panel schedules, and voltage drop calculations. Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and material specifications in coordination with consultants and contractors. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate closely with mechanical, plumbing, civil, and other disciplines for integrated MEP works. Liaise with local authorities (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, etc.) for design approvals, NOCs, and service connections. Attend technical and site meetings; monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Maintain safety, quality, and documentation standards as per company and client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in MEP or electrical design and site execution.

DEWA approved or eligible for DEWA approval

(mandatory for Dubai-based projects). Strong understanding of UAE authority regulations (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC) and international standards (IEC, BS, NEC). Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, ETAP or equivalent design software. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
