We are looking for a skilled MEP Draughtsman/Designer with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings for interior fit-out and construction projects. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare detailed shop drawings, coordinate with project teams, and ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and UAE standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare MEP shop drawings (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting).
Coordinate with design, site, and project teams for drawing updates.
Review IFC drawings and prepare coordinated drawings.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with authority regulations.
Maintain drawing logs and update revisions as required.
Requirements:
2-4 years of UAE experience in MEP drafting/design.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit is an advantage.
Good understanding of MEP services and construction practices.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Available to join immediately (preferred).
