Job Description

:

The CAD Draftsman will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using CAD software, based on project specifications and designs.

You will work closely with engineers to prepare plumbing sections and schematic diagrams as well as preparing as-built drawings based on sited conditions.

Create Technical Drawings: Use CAD software to prepare detailed technical drawings for construction or manufacturing projects.

Design Updates: Modify and update existing drawings as needed, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, architects, and designers to understand project requirements and deliver drafts on time.

Document Management: Organize and maintain a library of design documents and CAD files.

Quality Control: Ensure that all drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulations. Site Visits (if needed): Occasionally visit construction sites to gather information or verify details for drafting.

Collaboration: Work closely with site management, contractors, and engineers.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in drafting or engineering preferred).

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in CAD drafting, ideally within swimming pools

Software Skills: Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
