Draftsman with Quantity Surveying (QS) experience
to join our growing Paint & Waterproofing Division.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed shop drawings for waterproofing and painting works.
Interpret project specifications, BOQs, and drawings.
Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and proforma invoices.
Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure drawings align with actual site requirements.
Support technical submittals and documentation processes.
Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and related QS documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably with QS exposure.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Knowledge of waterproofing, painting systems, or construction materials is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with site teams.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
