We are seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman with strong experience in both 2D drafting and 3D modelling to support our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design teams. The ideal candidate will be proficient in producing detailed technical drawings and 3D models for building services using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate MEP shop drawings in both 2D and 3D based on design specifications and coordination requirements.

Develop and 3D models for MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, electrical, etc.).

Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration of building systems.

Participate in clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar BIM coordination tools.

Modify and revise drawings based on engineer and client feedback.

Maintain drawing files, documentation, and revision logs according to company standards.

Attend coordination meetings, site visits, and provide support during the construction phase as needed.

Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP drafting, with at least 1 years in 3D modelling.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, and Revit MEP, is advantage.

Familiarity with other software like SketchUp, BIM 360, or Civil 3D is a plus.

Strong understanding of MEP systems, installation processes, and construction terminology.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
