We are looking for an experienced MEP Director to join a strong engineering consultancy in Dubai. They work on high-rise building projects and are only looking for candidates that come from an engineering consultancy background. The MEP Director is fully responsible for successfully managing, executing, completing, and handing over multiple MEP projects related to buildings and high-rise projects. Responsibilities

Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions. Monitoring project budgets and schedules and overseeing performance to ensure on-time, quality, and on-budget project execution. Coordinating with the design team on all aspects of the design. Preparing periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, upcoming activities, and safety records. Ensuring all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings, and BOQ. Ensuring that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities' regulations. Providing guidance, managerial, and technical support to complete the project team. Requirements

Minimum 15-20 years of experience working with engineering consultancies in the UAE. Must have a degree qualified candidates. Must possess strong leadership and communication skills.
