Key Responsibilities
Design and develop
MEP systems
(HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection) in coordination with architects and other engineering disciplines
Prepare and review
detailed design drawings
, schematics, specifications, and BOQs
Perform
load calculations
, equipment sizing, and ductwork/piping layouts using design software
Ensure compliance with
local codes
, regulations, and industry standards (ASHRAE, NEC, IPC, etc.)
Conduct
site visits
and coordinate with contractors to resolve technical issues during construction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality control
Implement
energy-efficient
and
sustainable design
principles wherever applicable
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 2
years of experience
in MEP design engineering
Proficiency in tools such as

Preferred Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification (preferred, not required)
