- Perfect Communications skill for understanding the requirement of site and explain it to the drafting team for MEP shop drawings and co-ordination
- Complete HVAC, Plumbing & electrical Design Knowledge
- Implementing urgent changes in autocads drawing upon request
- Meetings with site team & Consultant team
- Knowledge of Authorities requirement
- Ensure all MEP documents (drawings, specs, calculations) are complete and up-to-date.
- Maintain RFIs, design changes, and approvals tracking.
Provide clarification on design intent during construction.
- Assist in resolving on-site technical issues related to MEP systems.
