managing and maintaining our own portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the UAE. We are looking for a proactive and experienced

MEP Coordinator

to manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing operations and ensure high-quality service delivery across all properties.

The ideal candidate will have a background in facility management, technical supervision, and vendor coordination with a strong understanding of building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance activities across residential and commercial buildings Schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks Liaise with contractors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues Review MEP drawings, specifications, and ensure on-site implementation aligns with design Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance Manage documentation and reporting for maintenance tasks, incidents, and service requests Ensure all MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are operating efficiently Track and control maintenance expenses and budget allocations Provide technical support and solutions for emergency breakdowns

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent Minimum

3-5 years of MEP coordination or maintenance experience

, preferably in real estate or facility management Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Excellent coordination and leadership skills Good communication in English (Arabic is a plus) Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and maintenance tracking software
