Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

MEP Coordinator

with a strong mechanical engineering background to oversee, coordinate, and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities within our projects. The ideal candidate should have

at least 3 years of experience

in MEP coordination, construction, or related building services roles.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services to ensure seamless integration within project timelines and design requirements. Review mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues. Monitor site progress and ensure MEP installations are carried out according to approved designs and standards. Conduct site inspections and report deviations or delays in MEP works. Assist in preparing material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and compliance reports. Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures. Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Skills & Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in

Mechanical Engineering

(mandatory). Minimum

3 years of experience

in MEP coordination or building services. Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (added advantage), and MS Office. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in construction, high-rise buildings, commercial or industrial projects. Familiarity with local building codes and MEP standards.
