We are looking for an experienced

MEP Coordinator

with a mechanical engineering background to manage and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across multiple construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have

4+ years of UAE site experience

, strong technical expertise, and proven coordination skills to ensure the successful execution of MEP activities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate MEP services across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines to ensure smooth project execution and avoid clashes. Review design, shop, and as-built drawings to verify compliance with project specifications, standards, and actual site conditions. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional site teams to address technical issues and resolve coordination conflicts. Monitor project schedules, track MEP activity progress, and ensure timely completion of all MEP-related works. Conduct regular site inspections to check workmanship quality, safety compliance, and adherence to approved standards. Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and coordination logs. Assist in the preparation and review of material submittals, method statements, and approval packages.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 4+ years of MEP coordination experience in the UAE

. Proficient in

AutoCAD

, MS Office, and MEP coordination software. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively with various project stakeholders. Immediate joiners preferred.
