Job Title: MEP Coordinator - Hospital Projects Experience Required.

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced MEP Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities on large-scale hospital and healthcare construction projects. This is a critical leadership role focused on ensuring the quality, integration, and timely delivery of MEP works.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise all MEP site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, contract documents, and industry standards. Review and provide technical input on MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Act as the liaison between MEP subcontractors, consultants, and the site construction team to resolve technical and site-related issues. Ensure MEP works are properly integrated with civil and architectural elements of the project. Monitor MEP construction progress and ensure timely execution in alignment with the master project schedule. Identify, assess, and resolve design discrepancies, clashes, and installation issues. Support the procurement team by reviewing technical requirements and ensuring timely sourcing and delivery of materials and equipment. Prepare and submit regular MEP progress reports and updates to the project management team. Attend coordination and progress meetings, contributing technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 15 years in MEP coordination, with a proven track record in hospital and healthcare construction projects. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Strong background in MEP systems for hospital, commercial, residential, or industrial developments. Excellent ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex construction and MEP engineering drawings. Highly detail-oriented and technically proficient. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Proactive, motivated, and capable of leading under pressure. Language: Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
