We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
MEP Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across projects. Will ensure smooth communication between consultants, contractors, and site teams, while maintaining compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor all MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) at the project site. Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Ensure proper installation and execution of MEP systems in accordance with approved drawings and standards. Liaise with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues. Plan and schedule MEP activities to meet project deadlines. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Assist in preparing BOQ, material submittals, and method statements. Follow up on approvals, inspections, and documentation as required. Maintain records of MEP work progress, coordination meetings, and reports. Ensure MEP works are completed within the set budget and time frame.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
