Mep Coordinator

Job Description
Seeking Experienced MEP Coordinator (bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical) having a minimum of 10 years of experience in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) field within the UAE construction industry. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, local building codes, and regulations (e.g., DEWA, DM, Empower, Tabreed, SIRA, Etisalat/Du, etc...). Coordinate and manage MEP projects from inception to completion. Review MEP plans, specifications, and schedules. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. Excellent communication and project management skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP-related software.
