We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced

MEP Coordinator

to oversee and manage the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a

graduate in Electrical Engineering

with at least

7 years of experience

, particularly in coordinating MEP services on mid- to large-scale projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all MEP activities with architectural, structural, and civil teams Review MEP drawings, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with project requirements Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure project timelines are met Monitor installation works and conduct site inspections to verify adherence to specifications Attend technical meetings and participate in planning and progress discussions Assist in preparing MEP-related documentation such as method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings Ensure MEP works are carried out in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Identify and resolve design and execution clashes using coordination software where applicable

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

Minimum 7 years of experience

in MEP coordination, preferably in the UAE construction sector Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems Familiarity with local regulations and international standards Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks is a plus) Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
