The

MEP Coordinator

is responsible for managing the daily schedule, ensuring effective coordination with teams, clients, and material suppliers. This role plays a key part in overseeing the timely execution of MEP works, including civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installations, specifically within Fit-Out projects.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in MEP and Fit-Out project coordination within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate MEP design, installation, and commissioning activities between contractors, and clients. Review MEP drawings, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications and local codes. Ensure all MEP activities are integrated into the project schedule and executed as per timeline. Collaborate with the architectural and civil teams to resolve design and site issues. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Liaise with local authorities (e.g., Emaar, Nakheel, Deyaar, DAMAC etc.) to obtain necessary permits, regulations and approvals. Monitor subcontractor performance and provide technical guidance to resolve issues. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

Education: Degree/Diploma in mechanical, Electrical, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of MEP & Fit-Out project coordination experience in the UAE. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Alternatives: Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Google Calendar)*

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
