WE ARE HIRING: MEP Coordinator

ImmediateKey Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance of
MEP, LV, MV, and ELV systems
. Conduct audits forPreventive & Corrective Maintenance (PM & CM)
of electrical systems. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensureclosure of snags during the Defect Liability Period (DLP)
. Review and manageO&M manuals, drawings, testing reports, and warranty documentation
. Lead proactivemaintenance planning and execution
with internal teams and subcontractors. Supervisespecialized systems
: access control, CCTV, elevators, fire alarms, and more. Manage a broad scope of services includingelevators, escalators, gates, housekeeping, pest control, and civil maintenance
. Executerenovations, refurbishments
, and other additional works. UseCAFM systems and Help Desk platforms
to assign and monitor tasks. Organize and leadhandover processes
with detailed snagging and readiness checks. Monitorsubcontractors and vendors
, ensuring compliance and performance. Ensureregulatory approvals and HSE compliance
, including training and emergency planning. Prepare and analyzedaily reports, failure logs, technical assessments, RFQs, and LPOs
.Requirements:
Strong experience in
MEP systems maintenance and operations
across residential/commercial buildings. Required Kharamaa License. Excellent knowledge ofelectrical systems and industry standards
. Proficient inPrimavera P6, MS Project
, andAutoCAD
. Ability to managetechnical documentation, vendor coordination
, and ensure quality standards. Experience withcompliance, safety
, and multidisciplinary engineering support. With Valid Qatar ID & transferable Available to join immediatelyJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
