Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

MEP Coordinator

with a minimum of

8 years' proven expertise

in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing coordination within large-scale construction projects. The role involves overseeing all MEP works, ensuring seamless coordination between different disciplines, maintaining compliance with project specifications, and delivering high-quality standards within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise all MEP activities across construction projects. Review MEP drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance. Work closely with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and execution. Monitor installation works for quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules. Identify and resolve technical issues and conflicts between different disciplines. Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and compliance records. Support procurement processes by reviewing technical submissions and material approvals. Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards. Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project team.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering field. Minimum

8 years of experience

in MEP coordination within the construction industry, preferably in large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, design standards, and construction practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office (knowledge of BIM is a plus). Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID.
