We are seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to join our construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across various project stages, ensuring that design, installation, and commissioning meet company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate MEP services among consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Review MEP drawings, materials, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Prepare and monitor MEP work schedules and progress reports.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards.
Identify design discrepancies and propose effective technical solutions.
Collaborate with the civil and architectural teams for seamless integration of MEP works.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 10 years of total experience, with Mandatory at least 5 years of relevant MEP coordination experience within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, codes, and authority requirements.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Immediate availability is highly desirable.
