MEP Coordinator (Buildings)

We are looking for an experienced

MEP Coordinator

with a strong background in

building projects

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across various disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.

Previous experience working on ALDAR projects

will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise MEP works across different disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing). Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and local authority requirements. Review design/shop drawings, resolve discrepancies, and highlight technical issues. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor site progress and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained. Prepare and track project reports, schedules, and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum

7 -10years of experience

as an MEP Coordinator in

building projects

. Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and standards.

ALDAR project experience

preferred. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve technical challenges on-site.

Salary & Benefits:

12,000-15,000 AED. Company Visa + insurance Other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
