Skills & Expertise Required
Familiarity with
design software

Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & ELV systems design and implementation.
Familiarity with building codes, standards (ASHRAE, NEC, IPC), and regulations.
Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
Interface with site engineers and contractors to align design with actual site conditions.
Ensure MEP designs meet client specifications and quality standards.
Lead coordination meetings and technical workshops.
Proactively identify and resolve design or coordination issues.
