Key Responsibilities:
Prepare HVAC, plumbing, and drainage shop drawings based on project specifications and standards
Coordinate with electrical and other MEP disciplines to ensure clash-free and integrated design
Revise drawings as per consultant comments or site conditions
Maintain accurate records of drawing submissions and revisions
Assist engineers and project managers in preparing technical documentation for site execution and authority approvals
Participate in site coordination meetings as needed
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum
3-5 years of UAE experience
in the construction or MEP industry
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit or BIM experience is a plus
Familiar with local authority standards such as DCD, DM, ADCD, etc.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines
Good communication and organizational skills
