UAE driving license( two wheeler is licence preferred)
to facilitate site visits and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all MEP activities across construction sites.
Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
Supervise site installations and ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.
Conduct routine site inspections and report progress or issues.
Coordinate with procurement and site teams for timely delivery of MEP materials.
Attend site meetings and follow up on action items.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE/Gulf experience in MEP coordination.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination procedures.
Proficient in reviewing technical drawings and site documentation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid UAE two-wheeler license is preferred( 4 wheeler license holders also welcome)
