3+ years
of experience in MEP Construction Filed in UAE.Currently available in UAE and able to join immediately.
Skills & Expertise Required
Deep understanding of MEP systems
: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc. Familiarity with building codes, standards (ASHRAE, NEC, IPC), and regulations.Coordination
: Manage subcontractors and main contractor; ensure smooth interface between MEP and civil/architectural works.Ability to read and interpret drawings
, schematics, and specifications.Planning & scheduling
: Ability to create and manage timelines, sequences, and milestones.Conflict resolution
: Handles disputes calmly and professionally.Detail-oriented
: Ensures every component is installed correctly and in compliance with specifications.QA/QC focus
: Regular inspections and testing to maintain quality and avoid rework.Strong documentation
: Maintains accurate records of daily progress, inspections, and incidents.Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
in one of the following:Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
