. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works to ensure successful project completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in
Construction Management
(Building Projects).
Strong technical knowledge in
MEP systems
installation and commissioning.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, and coordinate with other departments.
Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills.
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage MEP works from planning to execution.
Ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with civil and architectural teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor progress and prepare reports for management.
Manage resources and ensure timely project delivery.
