Job description
We are looking for candidate with extensive knowledge and working experience in MEP & Civil field.
Supervisor with minimmum 3 years UAE experience is required.
Hands on knowledge and experience in Fit out, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil etc.
Do estimates for MEP and civil jobs determine time and cost .
Manage, motivate, develop and provide direct leadership to maintenance staff.
Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules, guidelines and regulations.
Allocate and schedule manpower for various preventive and reactive works to efficiently execute the work in order to maximize productivity.
Provides front line technical support to the asset ensuring that the troubleshooting is managed efficiently and effectively.
Provides technical support when needed with on-call and/or weekend coverage support.
Great Interpersonal/Communication skills
Engineering Degree.
Must have United Arab Emirates valid driving license for LMV.
