to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across various projects, ensuring full coordination with architectural and structural disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Revit MEP.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to detect and resolve design clashes.
Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation.
Ensure BIM models meet project standards, specifications, and LOD requirements.
Collaborate with design and site teams to support project execution and delivery.
Maintain BIM documentation, workflows, and model updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in coordination and review meetings with project stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in MEP BIM modelling and coordination.
GCC experience is mandatory.
Strong proficiency in
Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD
, and BIM collaboration workflows.
In-depth understanding of MEP systems, standards, and construction practices.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Salary:
AED 3,500 - 8,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
